Michael Bach, currently resides in Troy New York along with his wife, the painter, Ruth Young. He holds an B. A. degree from the Bard College Undergraduate Photography Department. He was awarded an M.F.A. from the Yale School of Art Graduate Photography Program.
He has exhibited his work both nationally and internationally. His work is held in private and public collections most notably being the Munson Williams Proctor Institute of Art, The Catskill Center for Photography Permanent Collection held at the Samuel Dorsky Museum of SUNY, New Paltz, New York, and The Sterling Library, Yale University.
